here you see the actions of the police. although the twoo people were hanging on the rope, they lifted it and lead the cars to drive under it. by doing that they increased the risk of an accident to happen. unfortunately we do not have any photo of the cutting of the rope, but there is a video, and the police itself admitted, that they did it - by mistake, they said. |
